Freddie checked us in and was very friendly! As was the rest of the staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. Our second time staying and is a great spot for working weeks with the space and amenities at a reasonable price. Thanks all!

This is a very nice hotel! We chose it for our wedding hotel block on September 13th. Rooms were clean and many were available for earlier check in which was nice. Communication was lacking however. Multiple emails and calls went unanswered by Dell. From my understanding he works out of multiple hotels. Hiring another person to assist him may be needed. We would call the front desk and they also did not seem to know where he is to ask a simple question. We were trying to contact him about a room for the day before our wedding we had previously discussed and we did not hear anything back so we ended up not staying there that night. Communication and timely prompt responses could definitely be improved.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk host was incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and my children. I asked if I could see the room before checking in, and they were very accommodating with no hesitation. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. My kids had a great time swimming in the pool, and my family members were even able to book two additional rooms so we could all spend quality time together. The suite’s layout made it easy for the kids to hook up their Xbox and PlayStation in the living room area while my husband and I relaxed and watched Netflix later in the evening. After my kids and I were harassed during a horrible experience at Staybridge Suites in Southgate Mi , my husband wanted a safe, comfortable place for us to stay at the last minute and this place came through! Overall, our stay was peaceful, clean, and enjoyable, exactly what we needed after such a stressful experience elsewhere. We’re so thankful for the kindness and hospitality we received here. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

My family and I recently stayed at this location during the 4th of July week/weekend. The manager and all staff were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We loved the updated design of the lobby and rooms. The hotel was clean. The breakfast and coffee were good. They had convenient breakfast trays to plate and carry food especially for children. We used the pool and gym (filtered water dispenser). Next time, we’ll take time to relax around the fire pit too. We’d stay again for sure! Plus, the location is close to restaurants, stores, and expressway.

Went there because they were pet friendly and were presently surprised. Most hotel chains only allow pets in their cruddiest marque but TownePlace Suites was as clean and well maintained as the Fairfields and the Marriotts. We use pet wipes so our dog doesnt get the hotel room dirty but not everyone does. It didn’t matter because these suites were impeccably cleaned and maintained. They are a five star plus!

Loved staying at this property! It started off great when we were checked in by Sharonda at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very nice! Definitely a place to stay if you need to work somewhere for a week microwave, good sized fridge and a 2 burner stove

Stayed here for 5 1/2 months during an insurance home renovation. When we found out we were going to need to stay in a hotel with our four cats we weren’t really looking forward to it. However this stay was a lot better than expected. The rooms are decent, nice kitchen inside and was comfortable. It was really neat to watch how the entire hotel staff really work together to make this a nice experience. From putting out a decent breakfast, making sure the lobby, halls, pool, laundry room and vestibules are all clean. It was always very tidy nothing ever out of place. Staff never bothered us once. We had a few hotel choices to stay at, glad we picked this one. Great location at Hall and 94 as well.

A one night stay but very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Loved the mini kitchen. Plenty of food options nearby too. Very convenient to the highway. The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT, especially April at the front desk but friendly all around...breakfast staff, housekeeping, and others.
